I will be celebrating my 30th anniversary to my College Sweetheart, Gary, in April. We will be having dinner in the Eifel Tower in Paris France. As anyone in my class probably knows after seeing me graduate in a wheelchair at our 1971 ceremony, my life has not been an easy one, but despite has been blessed in all the right ways. Gary and I have three sons and one terrific 4 year old grandson. As one might remember from school, I was always an avid musician. So I suppose it was not unusual that I would have married a man from the same persuasion. We are both rockers, having spent our lives together following groups like Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd,to name only 3 of over 300 bands and solo artists. I don't think I have ever viewed a rock concert where I haven't known all the words. It could be scary if you were to realize that the main symptom of the illness I suffered from in High School was loss of short term memory. I underwent surgeries in 2001 which after years of trying to recover, left me with the same musical talents that I have always had.
